Somethings wrong

After my purchase of this app, I chose to subscribe to their yearly package. Then, the app never responded to my finger taps. Although my subscription is completely processed, I can not download 1 single issue. The store never can connect to the server! Ill keep trying... Im afraid to have to ask for my money back.
